The Tr?nh–Nguy?n War lasted from 1627 right up until 1672. The Tr?nh Military staged no less than seven offensives, all of which didn't seize Phú Xuân. For the time, starting off in 1651, the Nguy?n themselves went about the offensive and attacked portions of Tr?nh territory.
